Log-Based Replication (SYBASE) is no longer publicly available. The Log-Based Replication (SYBASE) is part of the SAP HANA appliance software enterprise extended edition that runs out of maintenance on December 31, 2012
It is still available and just renamed to SAP REPLICATION SERVER.
