RepAgent version: 15.7.1 SP203
Oracle version: 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0, With the Partitioning, Real Application Clusters, Automatic Storage Management
Problem:
ra_status received : REPLICATING Transitioning - LogReader is stopping due to error.
RA errorlog found:
LogMiner failed to stop because: Closed Connection
Log scanner <LogMinerScanner_1> stopped because of error: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krvxgintocol11], [1200829], [1], [7], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
cannot bring rao to admin status, cannot shutdown rao.
After kill rao and asa process from os level, restart rao.
and exec ra_locator move_truncpt, ra_admin refresh, rs_zeroltm... RS start to replicate oracle data to ASE with no error.
But move truncpt to the end of log, data loss is the except result.
Any idea or right steps to restart rao without data loss.
